Do you always untie our shoelaces everyday?

I go through my shoe racks and tie and untie each and every day, every pair of shoes I own, even the monks.

My nephew does that. He's a 14 yr old skateboarder.

I am not your valet,
nor are you royal.
Please don't mix first and second person.

Yes, I use a shoe horn
and tie my shoes
every day that I don't wear loafers.
I untie them when I take them off.
I polish them by the light of the fire.

I tie mine multiple times a day. Sometimes I even loosen them and retie them just to be sure. The procedure is done in about 20-30 seconds. When I saw the title of this thread I thought the topic was lacing the shoe lace everyday.

you people are serious.

this is the whole reason i wear monk traps. always slip in and out.

when i'm in a hurry in the morning, got no time to patiently tie up laces.

I don't even have time to slip 'em on and off, I just sleep in them. This way I'm ALWAYS ready.

I'm the opposite...my clients can wait as my C&J and AE laceups gets plenty of morning love...
I hope you are using a shoe horn while slippin n' and out.

If you can slide your shoes off without undoing/untying them .. I can't see how they could possibly be the right size.

The only shoes I don't untie is my converse Chuck Taylor's I wear when slumming around. Every other shoe I'd have to rip apart to get off without untying them.

i use a shoe horn but i can't justify the trouble still.

what is the point? does it maintain the shoes better?
