Do these two jackets fit? (advice for a novice)

Was curious if you guys felt these two jackets fit. If not, what's wrong with them? I started reading some online and got in my own head about shoulder divots and such. Not sure if these are bad, acceptable, good, or should be replaced. I'm a bit ignorant with all this, so figured I'd go to the professionals.

The two blue jackets are the same. Wasn't sure if one showed things better than the other, so I attached both.

Appreciate the help!

I think they fit decently, but each could benefit from tailoring - looks like there is room in the chest that could be taken in. Do you have any images with their matching pants? It's hard to judge the length with jeans, and I'm curious if the jackets are a hair short but acceptable.

The gray is just a sport coat, so it doesn't have pants. Here's the blue. Just something about it seems off to me. I got it from a local tailor. He tailored it before he gave it to me. But, maybe I'm crazy, it just doesn't look anything like how it's supposed to fit. Not suits I see people wearing on TV, online, etc. Something seems off.

Exactly, it’s decent, but not good enough. If you feel funny about it, you won’t wear it, and it will be a total waste of money. If it isn’t perfect, and these aren’t, don’t buy them.

A solid grey sportcoat like that is a bit of an oddity, I'd opt for a jacket with some texture so it's not confused for an orphaned suit coat. In any case, I think both are slightly too big in the shoulder based on the divots, although divots are sometimes caused by not having enough room across the back of the jacket. The grey needs to come in at the chest under the armpits, you can see the extra fabric in the photos.

The blue jacket looks a hair short, the right (wearing) sleeve needs to come down a bit, and can still be brought in in the chest. You can see the coat almost pulling at the top button so maybe the tailor can take it in at the side or from the back so it won't pull. The lapels also look a tad slim for your frame, and the buttoning point is a little high. Pin some material in the back and try it on, see if it gives a better taper without pulling. Adjust your posture and see if the sleeve wrinkles change. That probably can't be altered by the tailor but it something I'm curious about.
