Do these shoes need to be resoled/reheeled?

Hey guys, first pair of shoes is an Allen Edmonds Park Ave. Have been putting heavy wear on these for over 2 years (small holes in the sole of both shoes). I believe that is the cork you see on these soles. Do these need to be resoled or is there still some wear left before I have to spend $100 on AE's recrafting service. Would rather spend the $100 later if there is still some life.

Second pair is a Charles Tyrwhitt Blucher. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. The heel fell apart 1 month later after only a few wears (exactly same place on both shoes). Do I need to put a heel on these or can I wear them as is? Have not worn them since they fell off.

Thanks

I'd re-craft the AE, and throw the CT in the bin. Don't waste good money on repairing rubbish shoes!

recraft the AE. I have a pair of J&M I bought 20 yrs ago. They looked and worked well but the soles looked like yours. Got them re-crafted last year and they look brand new. $100 well-spent.

Definitely resole time for the AE's.

Personally, I'd opt for the factory repair.

You can take the Charles Tyrwhitt bluchers to a local shoe repair place to have the top lifts replaced. It's an inexpensive job. I wear through one or two sets before having to replace the soles. The lifts shouldn't need replacement due to falling off though! Don't wear those shoes until you have this done or otherwise you'll have a more expensive repair.
