Do these shoes match with this suit/tie combo?

If not, what color shoes would match? Any advice gratefully appreciated

A chukka is usually more casual in my book. I definitely would not wear that color or style with pinstripes especially. Basic black captoes are made for a look like that.

in adition to black cap toes mentioned above i could see it going with a dark rich brown color, not too red though

A white shirt with a full suit implies a certain level of formality which is on a different level than suede chukkas. Best to stick to dress shoes.
