Do these shoes belong to a style? Or are they totally 100% unique?

But if you can't, imagine a cream leather shoe where the saddle is nonexistent, the laces are barely draped over the top in a bow, and for some reason it looks really, very, extremely fresh.

What are they called? Are they?

Close, it's a wooden box. A percussive instrument actually, called a cajón.

Anyway I'm pretty surprised I can't find a name for these shoes. They're so weird.
