I'm a noob and still struggling to figure out proper fit. I know these pants are a little snug (see how the pockets flare a little bit), but I was told I can let out the waist a little for a better fit. They are a 32 and I'm a 33. If it matters these are Ralph Lauren made in Italy (Virgin Wool Extrafine 100) and have already been drycleaned.

I had a pants like that. Not same color though. Anyway, it looks fine.

Why not put it together with your upper and post your pic here, so we could figure out if it's not odd?

It may just be the picture, but it seems like they are hanging on you hips, and sagging in the crotch a little. If this is the case, the pockets might smooth out if you wear the pants closer to your natural waist. Pockets on flat fronts tend to do that unless the wearer is stick thin. This is why pants have pleats, thought I do not think it is a great tradeoff. Otherwise they look okay, a little long, but not if you need to wear them higher.

definitely looks like the pockets are bellowing out a bit, maybe give a bit more space in the waist and pull them up 0.5" or so

I agree the pockets are bellowing. You might need to take in the waist a little. Also, there may be a little too much fabric in the seat, so you can prob take in a little in the seat.

it seems aroudn your butt to thighs they dont fit. you need to post a pic with a jacket though so we can see what shows what does not. the jacket might cover everything up. Plus you need a shirt tucekd in. Trust me both make all the difference. Pretend you were going somewhere dresed up, get a pic with a tucked in shirt and a jacket on
