Do these colors clash?

my friends all made fun of me for wearing this, though mainly because the sweater was orange. were they justified?

From the vary blurry pic it appears that you have a Black or charcoal grey and beige plaid shirt underneath the Orange which doesnt clash at all with Orange and works fine.

i like the orange sweater, but it might appear to some as if you're going on a hunting trip with the bright orange.

you might be better with a burnt orange.

i brighted the pic a bit using an editer cause my rooms lit funny, but yea, burnt orange is probably a much better choice in the future. thanks for all the help guys!
