AFAIK, no GVH shoes come with trees.

No is the correct answer. I've bought several pair and none came with trees. In fact, it's only 50/50 that you'll get shoe bags.

Reviving an old thread, but just received edwardian purple label mackays from grapevinehill through e-bay on the 888 last. Came with shoe bags, and surprsingly, the varnished lasted trees. I was wondering why the box felt heavy.

Definitely a pleasant surprise. Although I got a decent price on them, this makes it all the much better. Came with the og purple label box (as I've heard sometimes PL EGs from GVH come in a generic white box). Looks like GVH just got it directly from polo and sold as is.
