Do Express Slim Fit 1MX Shirts Shrink When You Wash?

I know Express' 1MX Slim Fit shirts suck, but I had a gift card and bought some. Does anyone know if they shrink if you machine wash them? I'm hoping they do because the Medium size fits a lil oversized for me (although the slim cut is good, the sleeves seem to be a lil too long). I tried the small but those were way too small for me. Thanks in advance!

Yes they shrink significantly. I would say about half a size amount. I washed one in cold and then in the dryer.... The dryer is what really shrank it.

I would recommend washing in warm water and hang dry since all cotton has tiny shrinkage even when not put into the dryer. Then check if it's good, if so you'll always need to hang dry. If not, wash in cold and put in dryer.

Realize all will shrink, not just the sleeves.
