Do any of you enjoy frisbee golf?

I've only played one game in my life but it was pretty fun. nice way to just kick it with some friends on a sunny day, add some brews and some blunts and it's like three times as enjoyable.

I can't see the appeal of this when actual golf is available.

That football-like frisbee game is fun, though. Can't remember what it is called?

Yes. Ultimate Frisbee is an incredible game.
Although the most serious sports injury of my life occurred playing Ultimate.

I don't believe anyone at my country club plays. And I've never played it on my putting green or driving range.

I've played it about a dozen times. It's pretty fun and good exercise, and good way to hang out with friends. Give it a shot.

I stopped playing to concentrate on croquet. I like that a lot more as it's a game of strategy whereas golf (disc and ball) is almost completely about shot-making skill.

^This. Some of us slightly less stonery boys play it here in College Station too. Drop the $30 for a couple disks, grab a cooler with a few beers, some buddies, play some frisbee golf, talk to the pretty girls, pet their dogs, and enjoy the day. It's a satisfying way to waste the day.
