Just getting back into tailored clothing and trying to better understand suit "architecture". These are some of the clearest and most informative posts on the subject that I have read.

@EzraPaul , do you have any more on the horizon? I guess next step up would be something like Suitsupply?

Suitsupply would be a good one...

The only other jacket I have on the docket is a super cheap polyester Zara, which I'm not in too much of a rush to do. At some point the write-ups get redundant as 95% of suits are made more or less the same and I'd rather focus on a fresher subject. Of the ones I've done so far, the Tom Ford is the only one that is significantly different, as the rest are fused. I was thinking about a Brioni or Kiton possibly. We'll see.

I see your point. You're basically getting diminishing returns after a certain point.

Brioni, Kiton, Isaia, Mainline Zegna, Zegna Couture, etc... would all be interesting.

Yeah more or less. Seen one fused suit, seen them all... even the high-end suits are going to be similar to the Tom Ford other than more handwork, which is a paragraph at best. Zegna manufacturers TF, so I imagine a narrower lapel would be the only tangible difference. What would be interesting and different would be to explore the little tricks that bespoke tailors have up their sleeves, but of course they are notoriously tight lipped, so that level of access is unlikely.
