3E fits 'normal'.....if anything, maybe a little higher over the instep, but would be a pretty basic D width.

Me too, suits are okay 'cause I'm a 42 regular, but with shoes, wide sizes are almost never available at any kind of discount.

On the rare occasion when a shoe in my size is going for a good price, I have to move quick to avoid getting shut out by thinman, mr. monty, and some of those other bastards.
