Actually, does anyone know how the sizing runs on these jackets?

I'm 5'9-5'10 about 135. Do you think a 50 would fit me?

If you are lucky enough to find it (highly unlikely) you are going to pay above retail for it.

No. You need a 48 or possibly a 46 depending on how you are built.

Have you tried calling the Dior store in Beverly Hills? They usually get a few of the exclusive pieces in...

That jacket is not still in stores unless it a classic piece that they make every season, which I do not think it is. It is from Hedi's last season if I remeber correctly.
