Dimpled Shoulder

Hello,
Several months ago I had a bespoke suit made. After a few months of wearing in it is quite nice with the exception of some bunching at the shoulder - most noticeably at the top (pics attached). Is this normal? I don't think so but wanted to get a few opinions before I go back to the tailor.

Obviously the sleeves are attached properly.
