Different Size Shoulders...

They aren't that different, but all my shirts (dress, t shirts, anything) might fit well on left shoulder but hang maybe .25" (perhaps slightly less) further on the right. This obviously impacts my sleeve length also.

I'm not sure if it's a muscle thing since you'd think it'd be bigger on my right side since I'm a righty. This makes me wonder if my weight lifting could even correct this...

So maybe it's just a asymmetrical bone structure thing. So should I get my MTM shirts specifically made with different size shoulder seams? I'm scared to do this since not sure it'll work out well. Or if I can correct via weight lifting, then it'll fix sooner or later, but who knows.

Just want some suggestions on this one. Thanks.

Somewhere out there, a mad scientist has an empty test tube with your name and serial number on it, you freak.

I understand that either MTM or bespoke can likely address this. But is it worth it? I wonder if this is some muscular imbalance or just a bone structure thing? I guess no one here would know anyway, so why I'm asking... I dunno, lol.

Get MTM and specify which shoulder slopes more than the other.

Humans aren't stamped out of a mold. The real surprise would be if both sides of you are exactly the same.
