Different prices at different retailers?

I have been searching for suits at the different retailers and noticed that most have the same suits but some have different prices. A Navy chalstripe Zegna suit was $1745 at Barneys, Saks and Zegna boutique. Yet it was $1695 at Bergdorf and $1795 at Niemans.

Isaiah suits were $2299 at Barneys yet $1999 at Saks.

Are they the same suits or are they different suits.

I assumed everyone just sold everything at retail, unless it was during the big sales.

It's possible that the fabrics were different and possible they were the same. Each retailer will use their own mark-up formulas to determine their margin and no two use the same. Also, a retailer might not charge for alterations which would bring about the higher price or bought enough of one fabric that they recieved a discount which would lower the price and that would be passed along to the consumer. In any case, the price you pay is just the end game of a very long and involved process of presenting it to you.

Which is probably why it pays sometimes to shop around a little more instead of, say, buying it straight away from the first store you see the suit in. That is, if they are the same suits.
