not at all, I've made several purchases from Peasant and have had great customer service. It's been a while though...last purchase was a NdG shawl collar in March or April or so...

Actually, the first time I contacted them was probably back a full week before Thanksgiving. Its been 10-12 days and multiple forms on contact tried with no luck.

I made several purchases from Peasant. They were very helpful with sizing items. I wish they'd update their web site though with some EG and NdG. Please.

Well according to Bduece, Peasant does appear to be IN BUSINESS. Hours are only 12-5 Monday-Saturday though and they were closed when he went by. Phone and E-mail are still not working. I don't know how they do business with no communication but whatev.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

How a retailer's email and phones are unavailable simultaneously, I dunno. Wasn't it Peasant that debut'd the Wings n Horns denim w/ Ken in that contest?

Nice items up for grabs, though.

I emailed them about a piece before I put two and two together and realized it was Peasant. FWIW, it sounds like they'll budge a bit on prices, but not enough to keep the stuff from being overpriced considering it's almost April.

Not sure if anyone cares, but someone from Peasant told me the shift in ownership is more or less complete, the site is getting overhauled, they're going to be expanding to L.A. in April, and the current store is doing quite well. Nice to hear, since I don't know of any places in Michigan that stock a number of the brands these guys do.

they are really expanding to LA? and they say their store is doing well? i guess i will have to stop by again and see what they've done with the place, because every time i am in the area, there is no one there and their hours suck which pretty much prevents working individuals from not going.
