Especially considering the recent thread in which guys emphasized looks as a reason for relationships, it's time to get to the bottom of why marriages fail, besides the reasons that researchers explore. If you're offended - sorry, it's a necessary evil. Hoping for a decent number of poll responses.

In all seriousness, this is an incredibly poor poll design. You do realize that the results will be completely and totally invalid and useless, right?

I've been divorced several times so I voted several times more than I've been divorced. For good measure.

Nothing on the poll about lusting after the chick whom your ex-spouse busted you testing the latest trend?

The poll covers that.

Saying it's poorly designed is vague. Poorly designed considering the technical limitations? Unfortunately, yes, because it overlooks the often appearance-related issue of mate-guarding (jealousy), which research shows can be harmful to relationships. "Too possessive" or "won't let me hang out with my friends," for example. Was anything else missed?
