Detroit meetup anyone?

I have tried to plan a Detroit meet up before and have not had much success. I would like to try again if at all possible now that the holidays are over. I am on the far east side (Harrison Township) but am willing to drive. I was thinking maybe Royal Oak. We could dine at the Andiamo on Main Street or just meet for drinks somewhere. I am free almost all nights of the week and weekend and welcome suggestions. I am going to post this on Ask Andy as well. I was thinking sometime in early February.

I travel a bit for work, so I won't throw my hat in for scheduling, but if I'm around when you guys meet up, I'll be sure to stop by. Perhaps dirk diggler and I can discuss his 22" rims.

i'm currently travelling and will be away again on and off in february so like briancl, i won't throw my hat in for scheduling either

royal oak is a good central location though, readily accessible from all parts of metro detroit (and a quick 15 minutes from canada)

I would be down to meet up with you guys, although I am leaving the country for 9 weeks on Feb 1, so it would have to be before then. Don't know if we could pull it together that quickly.
