Designer sizing

    This thread is based on several responses to the "What size are you?" thread.  For which designers do you have to move a size up or down from your "normal" size to get a correct fit?  For example, I usually wear a size 15.5 shirt, but wear a size 16 in Helmut Lang, which is still very snug.  I'm particularly interested in answers regarding shirts and blazers, which call for a more precise fit.

    In Prada I wear a size 38 suit instead of a 40. Their shoe sizes are also well known to be completely messed up.
