Desanto Italia Belts

I'm in need of a new belt and I found some Desanto offerings on sale over at Gilt.

To be honest, I haven't really heard of Desanto. Google and this forum's search engine were not any help.

Can anyone offer advice as to the quality of this brand?

Check out Orion Leather. The bridle leather belts are fantastic at around 40 US.

Bump - are they really $200 belts quality-wise or is Gilt's price inflated since this is a basically unheard-of brand?
