Thanks. Again with the shoe on the right - acceptable with a suit? I think the one of the left is actually a bit better with a suit but I'm not buying both rn.

I don't find the shape of the derby to work with a suit, seems too casual. If it was strictly for suits and sports coats, I'd say to go w/ the shoe on the left. But if it was mostly casual, say jeans and polo, plus sport coats, and the occasional suit, then the derby is more versatile.

Here is the implementation.

Once I saw a model wearing matching belt/shoes/watch band & I've always wanted to emulate that.

I'm not so sure this is working though.
