I'm looking to buy a new suit. I don't have to wear one for work every day, and currently have a nice chalk stripe Hickey Freeman but it is more of a "business cut" and I'm looking for something more a bit more modern. Also, since I don't have to wear suits alot, I'm willing to spend some more on quality and fit. I don't want something that will go out of style in a few years, but I'm looking for something to wear to social functions such as weddings/NYE parties, etc....

Ideally this is what I'm looking for.

-Fully Lined
-Fully or at a minimum half canvassed -NOT FUSED
-Skinnier lapels
-Higher armholes
-Tailored fit
-Flat front pants
-Looking for a midweight super 100-130 wool
-Looking for a grey/charcoal color

Do you have any recommendations of brands and stores in the Denver area where I should head to?

Thanks in advance!

Very picky, which is somewhat helpful, but size/measurements and budget would be more helpful.

Call Sid Mashburn in Atlanta and see if they have any of the lighter grey suits in your size (they're sold out online). $1k – hard to beat it. Has all of the feature you're looking for. If you're unsure of your size, go somewhere like Barney's and try on some suits and tell them what size fit you best in those brands.
