Used DT for a crotch blow out. I don't get why one would use it for hemming. A neighborhood tailor could do that

Got my jeans back today. Took 4 weeks, rather than the 2-3 I was told at checkout.

The results are absolutely awful. The whole "color match" thing is a joke. It looks so bad I'm tempted to just throw the jeans in the trash. A complete and total waste of $40.



Seriously, that's a color match? What's with the white stuff on the tops and bottoms? Look at how the top of the pocket is now curved, and the top left corner on the left side is actually stitched down with that thing sticking out. Just a total hack job, plain and simple.

They always remove the back pocket to do any pocket repair. I also had some pocket work done on some jeans recently, and was also very disappointed with the results. I'm just going to take my business to Self Edge in the future. They do a $40 flat rate repair for jeans not purchased in store, and by the time I bring jeans in for repair that's usually what I need to spend anyway.

For the record, all the non-pocket work Denim Therapy has done for me in the past has been excellent.
