I have been reading this forum for quite some time and decided to subscribe because sometimes I have some questions myself (and I hope to be able to help others).
I recently bought a trucker jacket from levi´s in the colour midnight carbon. I have read a lot about how a trucker/denim jacket should fit and I can say this one fits like a glove! Arm length/width is spot on, I can button it up and it fits tight, but not so tight that it restricts my movement (I can even put a sweater or hoodie underneath and it still feels comfortable). The only question I have is about the length.
I´m not a very tall guy (about 180cm) and I weigh 63kg (quite slim). In all my clothing I have size small. Even then most of the time my sweaters and shirts will be a bit too long. This denim jacket is one of the few jackets that fits this good, but the hem just goes halfway past my belt. I never wear jackets this short and is this something I just need to get used to? When I get a size medium I think the shoulders/sleeves will not fit as perfect as they do now.
It is not as short as this, but more like this. I will post some pitures myself when I get back home from work!
