After going through all the motions of placing an order with Denim Bar Online, you put in your credit card information and up pops "Under Review by Fraud Service."
Don't freak out.
This happens randomly sometimes, but usually when you're placing an international order or if your billing/shipping info was entered incorrectly.
DO NOT RE-ENTER YOUR ORDER.
Your money never reaches the Denim Bar. I repeat, WE NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY. The transaction remains pending for 3-5 business days until it returns back to your account. The more you re-enter your order, no matter what credit card you use, you are just building up the amount of money being deducted from your account. Calling your bank or the Denim Bar to get these charges removed actually does nothing, as the only thing you can do is wait it out. Sucks.
After the money clears back into your account or whenever you're ready to place the order, call the online store at (888) 986-5260 and ask for Dave or Emily, and we'll get your order processed and sent out.
We're trying to get this all figured out so that you guys won't be charged when your order does not go through. Until then, thanks for being so patient.
