Ok, So I have been rebuilding my fall/winter wardrobe and I really want some hoodies. I am having a very difficult time finding anything worth anything locally (not saying much).

All I want is a hoodie. No zippers, buttons, graphics, etc. Just well constructed pullover hooded sweatshirt in hopefully black that is well constructed and a slim fit.

I have been looking at w+h, and really like some of their stuff, but am having trouble really seeing what they have in basic hoodies. If someone knows where I can see the entire range of their products online let me know!

So suggest me something, or if necessary give me some ideas for something similar and where to purchase. I could accept a zipper or some minor stylistic flair.

Michael J. Krell. http://michaeljkrell.com/hoodies.htm His stuff is amazing, and his thread is here in SW&D. :edit: Ooops just saw the no zipper bit. Pullover hoodies are kind of date though, no? MJK also makes one with faux buttons over it that is a pullover, but it's made of a thinner material.

I'm not the best person to answer this question, as I don't actually own one, but from what I understand: The w+h tiger fleece is probably the definitive well-constructed slim fit hoodie - I think they come in classic fit, slim fit, and an even slimmer fit (ie skinny?). I don't know of many places you can view w+h online, though you can try: http://helloblackbird.blogspot.com/ http://www.nomadshop.net/blog.html http://www.tntblu.net/ Also check out the wings+horns fall 08 thread on here. And, you can do a search for "tiger fleece" on the forum. Should be able to find some pics/fs items that way too. Good luck.

Yeah I am pretty sure I am going to pick up a slim fit tiger fleece this fall no doubt.

Pretty sure I am going to purchase one from Mr. Krell as well. I hope you have a black lined in size large by next tuesday, haha.

Where can I get AA hoodies for $20 per??? I would get a few for a price in that range.

Also interested, after picking up the shawl. My one hope is that you will have it in some colors other than black, navy, and gray. I have enough of those classics already.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
