edit: they do gather your information to send to third parties. Don't click unless you're just very curious. You'll only find out when you click on the tiny "privacy" link. Basta! ------------------------------------------------- I'm currently remodeling my office. One of the accessories I've been searching for is a chrome desk lamp. So I log into the internet and this came up: http://www.chrometablelamp.com/ What is fascinating about this site is that it has a very specific domain name, with one page of information, with absolutely zero advertisement. I mean how rare do you find a website like this? It's kind of like a gas station in the Nevada desert, just there to help the stranded.

Maybe you can explain what exactly the site is so people don't have to click. I'm confused.

There's a lot of these shitty websites clogging up the net. They buy a very specific domain name and then sit on it, plagiarizing content from a third site and listing ads or stealing your personal information to sell to other. They are completely useless and the owners should be crucified upside down.

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
