1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Well breath is not the right term, more like absorbative, permeable. Canvas and leather are very porous if the haven't been resinnned or coated/treated. Not sure why a canvas inter lining is being used but if its for stiffenning then it is likely resinned or heavily treated and far less likely to absorb moisture. Glue will also decrease the absorbancy.

This is not directed at you iroh but i read some nonsense somewhere on AAAC. There is this notion that leather absorption is not important or that leather does not signifiacantly absorb moisture. This is such complete wankish idoicy that someone would have to be completely devoid of any earth bound experience. Try wearing a latex glove on one hand and a leather glove on the other, Do this for 30 minutes and flex your hands regularly. After the 30 minutes is up remove both gloves and observe the water present on the hand that had the latex glove as well as the water in the latex glove itself. None of this well be present on the leather one.

Pants won't do. You'd be better off with a bespoke stillsuit.

    Thank you,

Do shoes with synthetic toe stiffener stretch and fit in a different manner than those with natural toe stiffeners?
