RLPL Camden from GVH

RLPL Addison (The 101 last is incredibly elegant)

A couple of colors of Mantellassi Handmade casuals

I missed an RLPL Pierson because GVH listed one more than they had and I have an A Testoni being size recycled from Yoox.

Due to the similarity between my 2004s, my new pair may make it to the Sales thread if anyone can use a 2004 in 8.5E that I haven't even unlaced from the NY store yet (it was 50% off.)

And we have an EG sale coming up as well as others.

My early Christmas present from my wife was some taller and wider shoe racks and new racks in the laundry room to hold more shoes. She mentioned that it was like buying an alcoholic a new larger liquor cabinet!

Happy Holidays to you and yours and a Very Happy New Year.

I concur.

Nice scores for the shoes btw, the Bardsdale looks more elegant the more I look at it.

It truly is much much better looking than a picture will show.

I have gotten a compliment from non sartorialists each time I have worn them out.

The JL's 2004 are very nice, I do like that last...definitely not a 'blob' Lobb. The Sutors make a great casual shoe.

I thought that the blob lobb's were a reference to the st. james john lobb group, not the john lobb paris group.

It probably is, I'm more a Vass Ulast guy in this price range. I'm no Lobb expert, I just use the term loosely as some of the Lobb lasts strike me as a bit too round and lumpy; not these pictured though.

I thought ZEFER (ferragamo/Zegna co op) did all of Zegna shoes?
Very sweet, I take it this was Ed's choice selection?

I think all of Zegna's main line shoes are by ZEFER, but my understanding is that the Zegna couture line are Matellassi handgrades. In the thread on nail patterns (http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=24109), the sole is clearly identified as Mantellassi for Zegna. And yes, you are correct about the Accento's being from Ed. I was rather excited to see they had arrived on my desk today.
