DB vests:Too intense for work?

I don`t know if it would be good for work, but I think it would be nice to have a DB vest 3pc suit...especially if you like 3pc suits in the first place.

I don't like the bottom of either of the pictured DB vests. How would you have the bottom cut? The straight across and the ... crotchal chevron both look odd to me.

It's too costumish. Unless you are a salesman at a clothing store, it is not for you. Just get a DB jacket and call it a day.

Slight point ( much slighter than in the first pic) - just a little hint to the "promised land". I really don't like the straight hem.

I am all for three-piece suits in the office if you have the panache to pull it off-but a DB three-piece? Save it for the weekend when you are visiting your dowager aunt in her solarium.
