Hi -

Among the crazy crowd yesterday @ saks, I noticed they had a lot of nice looking chu suits sitting on the rack untouched (while everything was getting raided as they were free). I was temped to buy one, fits really good. But the suit seems to be fused ( it was the made in italy line, full retail @ 1100).
Are all his suits fused, or maybe saks carries his lesser line?

also, @ what price point would you consider buying his suit, 400ish?

thanks

The David Chu suits/jackets I've seen a Saks are all fused. I like the cut and style and fabric choices, but would not spend retail price.

Why? Is Ralph's real name Ralph Lau?

Perhaps he's referring to the nature of people to pronounce his name in a "hoity-toity" fashion.. like Ralph Lauren vs Ralph La-rhen.

I think it was changed decades ago.

same quality fused suit or canvassed?
I wouldn't mind buying the fused suit @ maybe 300 or so, since the fit material and design are pretty nice, but anything close to 400 is too much

I believe they were all fused, albeit lightly so. They retailed for 1100-1200 originally.
