Dating Filson Garment

Hello, I'm curious how old my Filson Double Mackinaw Cruiser is. Here are some of the clues that might help:

-the tag doesn't say "Union Made" so it sometime after they made that change
-the tag doesn't say "filson.com" so I think it's sometime before about 2004
-the tag doesn't have a date code ("9510" isn't a date) so it's sometime before they began that
-there isn't a separate "100% wool" tag with the yellow triangle symbol, so it's after they stopped that
-the tag doesn't say "Lot 83" in the top left corner using the old tag format, so it's sometime after they changed to the fully dot-printed tag

Based on the above and as much internet searching as I could find, my best guess is about 1999? I dunno; I was hoping some of you out there may help.

Hey man!

The 9510 is actually the date. The 95 is the year, i.e. 1995, and the 10 is the month i.e. October. So we’re looking at October 1995!
