Dark suede Oxfords or Half Brogues

Hi,

Bought the Loake Aldwych in dark brown suede and am very disappointed by the last.
Does anyone have recommendation on nice suede oxfords or half brogues.
I came across the Alfred Sargent Herrick, but I'm not so sure about sizing.
Then there is the Connaught from C&J (but slightly too bulky for me), and the Hallam (slightly too pointy). The Belgrav is in Polo Suede is nice, but since I already bought the matching belt, I'm looking for dark brown suede.

Can anyone help with sizing or has some decent pics of their AS Herrick?

I am quite partial to the look and fit of the 348 last, but some find it narrow.

Check the "A fine pair of shoes" thread. gyasih and myself both posted pics of the Herrick there. Quite beautiful shoe. Beautiful shape.

The Herring Reading is another, much cheaper option. Not quite as dark as the AS Herrick, but much cheaper. I bought a pair of those as well that should be here early next week. Hoping that i can talk myself into keeping the AS, but we'll see.
