Dark Gray Wingtip Oxfords, what color pants/belt?

I recently purchased a pair of dark gray wingtip oxfords but wasn't sure what color pants/belt to pair them with. I know gray is a neutral color, but can they be worn with navy pants? Also what color belt would I need to wear, brown or black? The shoes are pictured in the link below.

I think dor these I'd go with a black belt. Dark brown could also work.

Pants-wise I think these go with pretty much anything that would go with black shoes. So all kinds of blue, gray... I'd avoid brown although it might work in the right shade.
