Damaged Belvest suit is it worth it?

Ok i found a belvest suit and there are some snags on the jacket but other wise its brand new. What would you consider a good price for it? It is a light grey glen plaid.

Take a picture and show it to a reweaver and ask her or him if it's repairable and how much. It all depends on how much is the suit and the repair and where the snags are.
