I've never encountered those before. But I'd still buy them!

Those boots were made for walking. Very slow walking.

I would say that photo looks like a 9D to me, these also look similar to a line ive seen from Dacks think from the 90s called the adventure series, soles are likely 1 piece vibram.

I've reached out to the seller for a better picture of the stamping. See what comes up. In the meantime, I found these Double-H Brown's, made in Canada, that cleaned up very nicely.

Here is some more weirdness with Hartt's Gold Bonds/Dacks Bond Streets. This pair of Black Prairie Buffalo shoes are clearly Gold Bonds, with the Made in England stamp, Cheaney coding, and even the thin Prairie Buffalo sock liner. However the the sock liner is stamped with the Dacks Anniversary logo with the Made in Canada mark! Clearly there were strange things done under the Fredericton sun by the men who moiled with soles.

The Factory Lights saw queer sights,
But the queerest they ever did see
Was a Dack-filled Hartt that made us start
And confused both you and me.

    If that long wing
    Made your Hartt sing
There is another sight you should see
When SE Dack all dressed in black
    Strolled down Slater Street.

Buenos días, mis amigos, I think if we were sipping our hot, fresh morning coffee, soaking up the sun on our balconies in Andalusia, we'd need to be wearing suitably summery shoes. Like these handmade Spanish Dack's! They feature GYW, buttery soft leather, a perforated liner, and a lovely weave behind the lightly brogued toe cap. Summer perfection!

They must have been made at the end of the Dacks run. I have only seen one other similar pair, also made in Spain, but clearly by Monks. Great summer shoes. I have a pair of the perforated Dacks derbys, and they really are nice when it is warm. Those ones look nice. I love the toe-cap. Great colour.

I didn't know Dacks had shoes made in Spain, only Mexico. Now I know.

They're beautiful. And look like they were worn once.

I find myself envious after all.

And I really like those monk straps too!

At the clubs on Slater street the dance hall girls would sing
but S.E. just kept walking, that was not his sort of thing
Past the bars and bracelet arms, beneath the gas light glow
S.E. Dack, all dressed in black, had but one place to go.....

He turned the key and struck a match, on cat's paws he did creep
into the room where curtains thick obscured him from the street
upon his face a smile unfurled as he shed his woolen blacks
and slipped into pale linen cool with a pair of Spanish Dacks

Now Matthew Dack would not approve of woven leather shoes
Young S.E. he knew this well, he had so much to lose
yet when he was clothed as such his cares would melt away
and through the curtained doorway dark his Spanish Dacks did stray

He found the girl with bracelet arms and danced with her till dawn
but when the moon in velvet sank he knew he should be gone
back to the room hid from the street where the suit did crumpled lay
He pulled it on, trudged down the road, he had to earn his pay.

Now Goodyear welts and Oxfords pure held little charm for him
and through the hours his mind would roam back to her waist so slim
So when chance knocked softly, rap rap rap, upon his office door
he listened to their offers well, naught he could take more.

Fifty years and a hundred plus his family had made shoes
but he sold the place, lasts and all and departed for a cruise
the girl with bracelets on her arms was constant by his side
where under California's blue clear skies they decided to reside.

There linen suits with woven shoes were just the stylish thing
and to the girl with bracelet arms he gave a diamond ring
and every night they danced til dawn and slept to almost noon
and never once did his mind drift back to that darkened room.
