Anyone interested in Semi-Dress Brown Chromexcel 12.5EE? Got them custom ordered from White's couple of weeks ago, but they are too large for me. Boots are in excellent condition. Drop me a message.

i got the #38 Swing last. they're wide, but seem to have a lower profile @vamp than my SJs. it's got same upturned toe as #461 [that has a rocking motion when walking] & run bigger than SJ/SD, so sizing down 1/2 to 1 size is necessary.

    my questions are:
does the #461 last have a similar high profile vamp like on the Viberg service boots?
    how is the toe box?
how should i size on them?

Yes, the #38 Swing Last is the most roomy one, but as for lowered profile, I don't really know that.
The #461 Last, I think it will just feel like the Standard Smoke Jumper Last in size.

Did you order via Baker's? You may be able to return.

not my size but what is your brannock size?

white`s said their boots will slightly draw down in length as it gets broken in. Otherwise most people have had their success sizing 1/2 - 1 size down

Want to order the Baker's Oxford, but I am completely new to White's Boots.

I see that Baker's offers this oxford in brown chromexcel. Any pics of this oxford in brown cxl? Thoughts on such a makeup? I want something that would approximate this viberg oxford (but for a lot less money).

Sorry for the monologue, but I did find a pic of the Hathorn oxfords (same as Baker Oxfords?) in brown cxl with white soles from a shop here in Japan. These look great. I know most on here our into boots, but I'm surprised these oxfords aren't talked about more?

is there any other [distinct] difference between 461 & SJ, aside from the upturned toe?
