Updated: http://www.styleforum.net/showpost.p...7&postcount=49 I had slim-fitting slacks made by Miguel Cruz at Cruz Custom Tailors in Riverside, CA. The slacks is Super 110 Tropical wool. I also had my BB slim-fit shirt altered to be more slim-fitting. Let me know what you think of both so I can go ahead and have more slacks made. The pics are from my cell phone. I need to take better pics maybe so you can see it better. I noticed I needed to tuck my shirt in better.

I think I didn't have them draped properly. The leg was sitting on my shoe I think.

Is that the length you normally wear your pants? I like a little more break than that, but it looks fine the way it is too if that's how you like it.

It just makes your legs look a bit short. I think the fit is very good otherwise.

Can I go with a shorter rise? Or something else to offset it?

I think you can go take it up to an inch and it wouldn't impact your comfort. I'm sure when you put it on there may be excess space there when you have them on. Otherwise, you can try to offset it by tapering the legs a bit more below the knees to give yourself a taller look. But, be careful to not wear a shoe that is squared or short or else it wouldn't fit well with the tapered leg. Ideally, you'd only want laces shoes (e.g. AE park aves) for a tapered leg vs. loafers or slip on dress shoes.

Just a thought. But, this is just a minor observation.
