Let me preface this classified by saying I generally sell on the SW&D side of the forum. The CM world frightens and confuses me, so please forgive me if the tone of the classified not aligned with what's generally posted over here. Also, forgive the iPhone pictures.
Several years ago, I bought a custom Narragansett Leathers briefcase largely based on Mr Moo's (R.I.P) review of his experience with Narragansett Leathers. I thought it would be a fantastic college graduation gift for my brother. He disagreed; his exact words were "This is too baller for me." I kept it thinking he'd eventually change his mind and I could give it to him on a future birthday. I have since given up hope, and I'm tired of looking at it in my storage closet. This briefcase is completely unused, and is therefore in BNWOT (there are no tags, Narragansett didn't do tags) condition. This is an extremely rare item, not only because it's custom-made, but also because Alan from Narragansett went into semi-retirement and is no longer making briefcases. You would be purchasing one of the last few he ever made.
The briefcase is in a beautiful chestnut color. A better representation of the color can be seen in the link to Moo's post above. Specifications are below.
•16"x11"x4.5" dimensions (exterior)
•2 interior compartments - 3" (closest to front) and 1.5" (closest to back)
•Standard 12W interior
•Two strap/buckle closures in natural finish, solid brass color
•Rounded flap edge
•Shoulder strap
This really is a gorgeous briefcase, and if it didn't completely clash with everything I own, I'd keep it. My (and my brother's) loss is your gain.
