neck (16) and sleeve (36) sizes are what the are regardless of manufacturer. The thing you need to consider is if you need classic fit, slim fit, or tailored fit. It is sort of like soft drink sizes at fast food restaurants.... there is medium (tailored), large (slim), and extra large (classic fit tents).
CT slim fit shirts are slightly slimmer than BB slim fit.
