Could someone explain to me the differences between the quality of Charles Tyrwhitt shoes currently offered on their site? From what I can see there are two lines. Calf Leather and everything else (most of which are described as 'bench made'). The 'calf leather' shoes are about 50% more. Are they bench made? If not, how is the quality of the 'bench made' shoes if they are not calf leather?

Calf leather are the Loake 1880 (or equivalent). Some people mentioned some issues with CT's quality control, however I have not had any issues myself (especially with the Loake originals).
