Lamb Persillade

That's pretty rare though.

Yeah, I cooked it rare, I should have coooked for a LITTLE longer. The 2nd rack that isn't cut up was PERFECT

they yellow tail is JUST for cooking

its decent enough to drink and at 7 bucks a bottle for cooking.. its perfect IMHO
