I was skimming through some stuff and noticed every single leather item with a crocodile print was called "leather" and then the description below stated it was "crocodile print". Is everything just printed leather or does anybody have experience getting real croc goods?

Yeah, you can get Nile croc skin. As cowboy boots they're more expensive than farm-raised gator, but cheaper than wild gator. But if it says print, I assume it's a print.

I can't comment on the leathers, but I have seen real fur labelled as faux fur on Yoox before, which seems potentially analogous.

I know that Nile croc skin is suppose to be nicer than gator skin, but I've yet to see Nile croc go for more than gator for boots. I know Lucchese gator belly boots go for $3500 while Nile croc go for about $2500.

You're probably right. I had looked up Black Jack prices since I remembered them offering both, and their Nile croc belly is a couple hundred more than gator belly - $1300 for gator, $1800 for croc. But I guess that's atypical.
