These are extremely rare Crockett & Jones for Ralph Lauren Brown Shell Cordovan Chukka Boots in size US 10D. This model was called the Ralph Lauren McCallum and was manufactured by Crockett & Jones in England. These are made on the 325 last and fit true-to-size. They are NOT UK sized. The marked size is a US size. Although they have not been sold for a few years, the original retail price for these shoes was over $1,000 and they are extremely well made shoes.
