That’s always been the case. They’d have to make a choice now as they are all active. It’s a weirdly unusual level of interest this time I agree but how do you chose which to stagger? The green one we think we have hit six on yesterday was the least likely to succeed so momentum and serendipity played in our favour.

Let us first finalise the specification details and then contact Alex. And please let me do that as I already talked to her about the green Harlechs and she has me as main contact for burgundy and green Harlechs. It's not a big thing, but with the large number of GMTOs at the same time, let us not confuse her even more than we already did. Let's continue in the green Harlech conversation.

I agree that demand will determine viability. But pushing a gmto across the finish line is always a challenge. It certainly is best to get them on the spreadsheet and let the enfranchised move forward what they can and where they can. Maybe the important thing to remember is patience since having so many listed at once can somewhat sap momentum. There isn’t anything to be done about it other than remember to occasionally publicize anything that flags.

On the eyelets what’s thoughts on vintage brass? Looks class.. also I can live with leather but would prefer Ridgeway. Isn’t a deal breaker.

Where did you all land on the eyelets for the green Harlech? If it ends up being exposed vintage brass eyes and hooks plus Ridgeway, I’m in. Thanks.

Shell cordovan help-

Has anyone ever had issues with indents on the toe of their boots/shoes?

If so, what was your experience with it, did the worsen over time?

I’m tempted to sign up for the green Harlech but I have no experience with the 341 last. How does it compare with the 365 on the Islay? I’m an ~12D brannock and wear 11.5UK in Islay and the Moltons.

Good question, I've only ever sized myself in the 341 but I have a pair of Islays coming in this upcoming Tuesday in the same size (11E) so I'll be able to compare then.
