I'm no expert, but I suspect the difference is attributable to who built the shoe and not the last. When I tried on my 10E Warlows they felt like by 10.5D Marlows, but I'll give them a closer inspection tonight.I ordered a 11E UK Warlow based on my 11.5D Marlow.
I received it yesterday, and it's significantly wider than the Marlow, but the length is the same.
I found several mention here and elsewhere suggesting that the Marlow was built on a narrow 325 last, and I would have to agree after comparing the two side by side (and with the feel).
I'll post photos when I can.

Gentlemen,
All Hail the Warlow:
C&J did a fantastic job on these. The welt stitch is much more appealing than I thought it would be.
Special thanks to all who participated.
Here's my 10.5D Marlow next to my 10E Warlow. Excuse the poor picture. The lighting was so bad I had to use the flash. Still I would say these are the same size. If anything the Warlow may be a tad longer, but that could be attributed solely to the sole. The wingtips differ slightly in their lengths. For me the fit is equivalent.

Busted out the dundees today. Honestly not entirely sure if these are for me, but they are really good looking (not much color variation irl, it was the way the light was falling)
