These look similar to my C&J /BB makeup on the 240 last. Can someone tell me how the 341 compares to the 240?

I could never get comfortable in the 240 so I'm selling them...

I would love to get in on this Harlech MTO but apparently we can only order in UK E? If I could get a UK D width I'd be glad to join you guys

to clarify. A UK E in C&J is equivalent to US D width.

I can't speak to the 240 last but the 341 is a narrower last at least compared to the 325 which I was able to try in addition to the 341. Will, the great SA at c&j, said I had slightly narrower feet, and the 341 last feels very good to me. If there's any way you could try a 341 in a UK D width, it might work for you.

tmw, i own both the 341 and the 240 in the very same boot. To add to bootspell, from widest to narrow:

    325
    341
    240

I sized down 1/2 size in the bb boot and its a snug fit - 240 is slightly narrow. 341 is not wide and not narrow. just take one size down from a true size

NAMOR, how would you compare the C&J Whiskey to Trickers Tec? Are the colors quite similar or no?

Trickers Tech is very similar to Alden #4. C&J Whiskey looks like a lighter, less brownish shade of ravello

I'm aware of this and am a solid "C" width on the Brannock. There are times that I even take a UK C on my EG's, depending on the last.

I'll be in the city on Friday and may go uptown to C&J to try a 341.

    Thanks.

Thanks Namor, this is exactly what I need to know. You saved me the trip uptown to C&J . Probably, I would need the 341 no wider than UK D and perhaps even in a UK C.

A bunch of my EG's are UK C and are just about perfect, depending on last.

    regards

I had to sell my RL Darlton's as they also were a poor fit. And my Lindricks are very loose and sloppy in an 8D so I use an insole and a thick sock and still have a questionable fit....

I am a kind of resistant to send my credit card info through email. I contacted Lauren so I am waiting for hear back from her. I might decide to send the fax to her.

Same here. I didn't include my cc info in the email either. I'm also waiting for a phone call from her to give her that information.
