Crockett & Jones loafers

Gents ,again seeking for your professional advice .

My size with C&J is UK9E ( last 348 hallam).

I am deciding between to buy C&J calf loafer in size 9E ( last 341) .

Or the C&J ( last 348) Merton loafer in size 8'5 E.

I recently tried all the C&J loafers on in their NY store. From what I can tell, you should take your same size in whichever last fits you best. I am an 8E in the 341 oxford (Westfield) and I bought an 8E in a 341 loafer (Sydney). The 348 loafer fit similar to the 348 I have in a laced shoe.

I know this doesn't answer your question but I love the C&J Sydney on the 341 last. Great looking shoe
