Anyone other then barneys?
Turnbull started carrying a good selection of C&J shoes on the 4th floor of its 57th st shop.
Some Brooks Brothers "Peal" shoes are C&J. I think the ones with a single row of nails in the heel.
I was at the T&A store today. They do have a very large selection. The Handgrade are $650 and the basics are $495.
And apparently the double row of slugs means Alfred Sargent. There's also a Brooks sale (25%) on most shoes including Peal till 6/29.
I read on this board that the Darlton bluchers at Polo are made by C and J. They come in both black calf and brown cordovan. There is actually a new pair on e-bay now...
It was my understanding that Brooks Bros shoes are not C & J.
The darlton bluchers are made by C&J. I highly recommend them.
are they on sale at the mansion? the website has them at full price...thanks
No, they are not on sale at the mansion or on the website. You may have to wait till they do their winter sale.
The American Brooks shoes are Alden, the "Peal" english shoes are C&J if they have one row of slugs in the heel and Alfred Sargent if they have two rows.
